Other areas: €15/month (billed €45 every 90 days) for hair growth, €35 per sexual health consultation and €40 per skin consultation. If your case is not eligible, the applicable fee is refunded in full.

Yes. Hi Doctor runs 100% online across the EU, so from Ostrava you can fill in the questionnaire and receive the medical review without travelling. The EU-licensed doctor issues the electronic prescription under Directive 2011/24/EU, and each pharmacy decides whether it can dispense it; outside Spain some pharmacies do not accept PDF prescriptions, and those that do dispense the locally marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.
