The doctor proposes the most appropriate treatment among those authorised in the EU for weight management. The weight-loss plan is €25/month. Other areas: €15/month (billed €45 every 90 days) for hair growth, €35 per sexual health consultation and €40 per skin consultation. If your case is not eligible, the applicable fee is refunded in full.
It depends on the case. For weight management, reasonable timelines are explained during the consultation and follow-up lives inside the private chat. The full medical record stays in an auditable thread inside your account.
Yes. Hi Doctor runs 100% online across the EU, so from Coimbra you can fill in the questionnaire and receive the medical review without travelling. The EU-licensed doctor issues the electronic prescription under Directive 2011/24/EU, and each pharmacy decides whether it can dispense it; outside Spain some pharmacies do not accept PDF prescriptions, and those that do dispense the locally marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.
Adults with BMI ≥ 30, or ≥ 27 with comorbidities (hypertension, type-2 diabetes, dyslipidaemia). The doctor reviews your history, current medication and goals before proposing any treatment. It is not a cosmetic programme.
The private electronic prescription (Receta Médica Privada Electrónica) is issued by an EU-licensed doctor. In Spanish pharmacies it is dispensed from the QR; outside Spain, some pharmacies do not accept PDF prescriptions, and those that do dispense the locally marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.
