What cookies are
Small files stored in your browser to remember your preferences and measure how the site is used.
Which cookies we use
- Technical: strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g. remembering your language). They do not require consent.
- Analytics: PostHog processes page families, generic questionnaire steps and account or checkout events to help us improve the service. After sign-in, this activity is linked to your internal user ID. We do not send names, email addresses, answers, treatment or medicine names, medical content, documents, chat, payment amounts or location data to PostHog. Session replay may be used on the questionnaire with all text and inputs masked and images blocked; it is never used on account, payment or other private pages. Analytics is on by default. Turn it off under Cookie settings → Analytics to stop PostHog events and replay.
- Marketing: only if you accept. We never share medical data with advertising networks.
Retention
Technical cookies expire when you close the session or after at most 12 months. Analytics cookies are kept for a maximum of 14 months. Marketing cookies, if accepted, are kept for a maximum of 13 months and are deleted if you withdraw your consent. PostHog identity cookies expire after 90 days. Our retention policy is 90 days for PostHog events and person records and 30 days for masked session replay.
Managing your choice
You can change your preferences at any time in Cookie settings. Turning Analytics off stops PostHog collection and resets its browser identity; turning it on resumes collection. You can also manage cookies in your browser.
