1. Purpose
Hi Doctor is an online medical consultation service. An EU-licensed doctor reviews your questionnaire and decides whether the treatment is right for you. We never prescribe without a medical assessment.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a resident of the European Union. The questionnaire is currently optimised for patients in Spain.
3. Price and payment
Hi Doctor offers an ongoing weight-loss plan at €25/month, an ongoing hair-growth plan at €15/month (billed €45 every 90 days), a one-off sexual-health consultation at €35, and a one-off consultation for common skin problems at €40. Each plan is billed on its stated treatment cycle and may be canceled from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Every prescription and renewal is reviewed by a doctor. If a plan review is not approved, the fee for that period is refunded and the plan is canceled. If a one-off consultation is not approved, the €35 consultation fee is refunded in full within 48 hours. Weight loss and hair growth also have a €35 one-time option with no subscription; hair-growth one-time care covers 30 days.
4. Service limitations
This service does not replace emergency medicine. If you have a health issue that requires immediate attention, call 112 or go to an emergency room.
5. Liability
HI DOCTOR AI SL provides the online medical consultation service through EU-licensed doctors. The doctor who reviews your case decides with independent professional judgement and under their own responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The contents of hi-doctor.ai (text, images, code) are the property of HI DOCTOR AI SL unless otherwise indicated.
7. Right of withdrawal
The consultation is a healthcare service and does not carry the 14-day right of withdrawal. Even so: if you cancel before the doctor starts reviewing your case, we refund the full amount; if the doctor does not approve treatment, we also refund it, within 48 hours.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be resolved by the courts of your place of residence.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint, write to us at hello@hi-doctor.ai and we will reply within 30 days at the latest. You can also contact the consumer information office of your town or region, or request consumer arbitration.
