Right of access
You have the right to know which of your data we process and why.
Right to rectification
You can correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure
You can request that we delete your data, subject to medical-legal exceptions (retention obligations).
Right to data portability
You can receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller.
Right to object
You can object to processing for marketing purposes at any time.
How to exercise your rights
Send an email to hello@hi-doctor.ai stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your national ID (DNI/NIE). We reply within 30 days at the latest.
Supervisory authority
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — aepd.es).
