Some health records must be retained for 5 years after the last consultation to meet applicable medical-legal duties.

Weight loss €25 every 28 days; hair growth €15 a month (billed €45 every 90 days); sexual health €35 and dermatology €40, one-off.

No. You pay the pharmacy for any medicine, at the price it sets.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA. Payment is taken at the end of the questionnaire and refunded in full if the doctor doesn't approve treatment.

No. Hi Doctor doesn't sell or ship medication. You collect it at the pharmacy you choose.

The e-prescription is issued under EU Directive 2011/24/EU. Each pharmacy decides whether it can dispense it; some do not accept PDF prescriptions. The pharmacist may dispense a locally marketed equivalent.

Your doctor can renew it within your plan. The doctor states the treatment duration when issuing it; typically 3–6 months for chronic treatments and 1 month for acute ones.

Adults aged 18 and over who can collect their medicine at a pharmacy in the EU.

Yes. Tell us what you take now in the questionnaire and the doctor reviews whether to continue or adjust it.
