How much does the consultation cost?

The consultation is €25. If the doctor decides you are not a candidate for treatment, the full fee is refunded — you only pay if the prescription is issued.

Is the prescription valid at other EU pharmacies?

Yes. REMPE is a Spanish electronic prescription recognised at all 27 EU member-state pharmacies under Directive 2011/24/EU. In Spain the QR is scanned; elsewhere in the EU the pharmacist dispenses the locally-marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.
