More about your care
Can granos persistentes be treated through an online consultation?
An EU-licensed doctor reviews your case from the clinical questionnaire you complete in about 5-8 minutes. If there is a clinical indication, you receive an electronic prescription in less than 2 hours on average; if there is not, the doctor tells you why and the fee is refunded in full.
How much does the consultation cost?
A one-off consultation is €40. If the doctor does not approve a treatment, the fee is refunded in full. Medication is paid for separately at the pharmacy.
Can I use the prescription at pharmacies in other EU countries?
It depends on the pharmacy. It is an electronic prescription under Directive 2011/24/EU. In Spain the pharmacy scans the QR code; elsewhere, each pharmacy decides whether it can dispense it, and some do not accept PDF prescriptions. A pharmacist who accepts it may dispense the locally-marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.
Who reviews my case?
An EU-licensed doctor, never an automated algorithm. Their licence number appears on the electronic prescription so any pharmacy can verify it.
How quickly do I get a reply?
In less than 2 hours on average. The reply lands in your private account, along with the prescription if one is issued, plus an email notification. The conversation stays in the in-account chat. We never use WhatsApp or SMS for clinical matters.
