What if the doctor doesn't approve my treatment?
If a review is not approved, you receive a full refund. For a one-off consultation, we refund the €35 consultation fee. For a plan review, we refund that period's fee and cancel the plan.
Where can I fill the prescription?
Any pharmacy in the European Union. Hi-Doctor issues a private electronic prescription (Receta Médica Privada Electrónica) — the Spanish-issued PDF carries every field required by EU Directive 2011/24/EU and is recognised across all 27 member states.
Is my consultation private?
Yes. Every conversation happens inside an encrypted private chat tied to your account. Doctors are bound by EU medical-secrecy regulation. We never share your data with anyone outside your treating doctor.
Do I need a video call or can it all be online?
Fully asynchronous — no scheduled video. You complete a 5-minute questionnaire, the doctor reviews it, and you continue follow-up through chat. If your case requires a video call, the doctor can request one at no extra charge.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
