The most common are headache, flushing, a blocked nose and indigestion, and some tablets can cause back or muscle aches. They are usually mild and pass within hours. Rarely, an erection lasts more than four hours, or you suddenly lose vision or hearing: both need urgent care, so call 112. Tell your doctor in the chat about anything that bothers you.
