Retatrutide is an experimental once-weekly injection for weight management. It copies three hormones your body already makes: two gut hormones that tell your brain you are full and help steady your blood sugar, plus a third involved in how you burn stored energy. Most approved medicines act on one or two of these — retatrutide acts on three, which is why it is described as a "triple agonist".
Retatrutide is still being studied. No medicines regulator anywhere has approved it, so it is not made for sale, no pharmacy stocks it, and no doctor in the EU can prescribe it — including us. That is the law, not a limitation of any one clinic.

What has been reported with Retatrutide.
The most common adverse events were gastrointestinal, dose-related and mostly mild to moderate. These additional signals are worth naming plainly.
Dysesthesia
Burning or tingling skin sensations: 12.5% at 12 mg versus 0.9% with placebo.
Heart-rate increase
The increase was dose-dependent and peaked at 24 weeks in Phase 2.
Stopped because of adverse events
11.3–13.5% at the top dose, roughly double placebo.
These are study observations, not a complete safety profile. Retatrutide has no EU-approved product information, and long-term outcomes are still being studied.
