IN PLAIN TERMS
CagriSema is an experimental weekly injection from Novo Nordisk that puts two different appetite hormones into a single pen. It has finished large phase 3 studies but it is not approved anywhere in the world. Novo Nordisk filed an application with the United States regulator in December 2025, and no marketing authorisation has been granted in the European Union. This means no doctor in the EU can legally prescribe it and no EU pharmacy can dispense it. Anything sold online under this name is not a licensed medicine.
CagriSema is still being studied. No medicines regulator anywhere has approved it, so it is not made for sale, no pharmacy stocks it, and no doctor in the EU can prescribe it — including us. That is the law, not a limitation of any one clinic.

THE APPROVED ROUTE
Semaglutide has been authorised in the EU since 6 January 2022. A licensed doctor can assess whether it is appropriate, and a prescription follows only if the doctor approves.
These are Semaglutide's own trial results. Results for CagriSema may come from a different dose, duration and patient group, so the figures should not be treated as a direct comparison.
PEER-REVIEWED PIVOTAL TRIAL
It copies GLP-1, a hormone the gut releases after a meal, which reduces appetite and slows how quickly the stomach empties.
−14.9%
Mean change with 2.4 mg once weekly at 68 weeks; placebo was −2.4%. Separate trial, not a direct comparison.

VERIFIED EVIDENCE
WHAT IT IS
A once-weekly injection that combines two appetite-reducing hormone copies in one pen: semaglutide, which acts like the gut hormone GLP-1, and cagrilintide, which acts like amylin, a hormone released by the pancreas after eating.

Every NCT identifier links to its ClinicalTrials.gov record. A readout is not the same as peer-reviewed publication.
