You fill in a 5–8 minute clinical questionnaire, attach photos if the protocol requires it, and an EU-licensed doctor reviews your case. The reply lands in your private account within 24 hours.

Is the REMPE prescription valid across the EU?

Yes. REMPE is a Spanish electronic prescription recognised at all 27 EU member-state pharmacies under Directive 2011/24/EU. In Spain the QR is scanned; elsewhere in the EU the pharmacist dispenses the locally-marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.

How much does it cost?

The consultation is €25. If the doctor decides you are not a candidate for treatment, the fee is fully refunded. Medications are paid separately at the pharmacy, at local market price in the country of collection.

Who is the doctor reviewing my case?

An EU-licensed doctor — never an automated algorithm. Their licence number is recorded on the REMPE prescription so any pharmacy can verify it.
