Waiting lists grow every year. Appointments are weeks away. A simple, well-understood treatment can still mean a day off work, a waiting room and a queue. For people outside the big cities, it can mean a long journey on top.
Almost everything else in our lives moved online years ago. We bank, study and work from our phones. The way most people see a doctor has barely changed in decades, and public systems stretched to their limit have had little room to try anything new.
We do not think that is acceptable.
