Why does Hi-Doctor not prescribe Vyleesi?

Our doctors only prescribe treatments with robust clinical evidence, an EU-approved indication and a reviewed safety profile. Vyleesi is not on that list today — it may be investigational, not approved, or outside the scope of what we handle via telemedicine.

What alternatives can I consider within sexual health?

Our doctors review your history and propose the most appropriate treatment among those authorised in the EU for sexual health. The plan is €25 every 4 weeks for weight loss or €35 every 3 months for hair growth; sexual health remains a €35 one-off consultation. If your case is not eligible, the applicable fee is refunded.

How would my sexual health consultation work?

You fill in an online medical questionnaire (~4 min). An EU-licensed doctor reviews it and replies in under 24 h via the private chat in your account. If eligible, they issue a prescription electronic prescription valid in any EU pharmacy.

Can I get a consultation for Vyleesi from Czechia?

Yes. Hi-Doctor runs 100 % online across the EU, so if you live in Czechia you can fill in the questionnaire and receive the medical review without travelling. The electronic prescription issued by the licensed doctor is valid in any EU pharmacy under Directive 2011/24/EU; outside Spain, the pharmacist dispenses the locally marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.

Is my sexual health consultation fully confidential?

What is the private electronic prescription and why is it valid across the EU?

The private electronic prescription (Receta Médica Privada Electrónica) is issued by a licensed doctor in Spain. It is a PDF carrying every field required by EU Directive 2011/24/EU (patient, prescriber with country of registration, active ingredient, dose), which makes it legally recognised across all 27 EU member states. In Spanish pharmacies it is dispensed from the QR; outside Spain, the pharmacist dispenses the locally marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.
