- A doctor reviews your case (and, if appropriate, issues an Rx)A licensed doctor reviews your answers personally. If they need clarifications, they message you in the private chat on your account. If the treatment is appropriate, they sign an electronic prescription.
- Review and paymentIf the doctor does not approve treatment, we refund your €35 one-off fee in full within 48 hours.
- Collect treatment from the pharmacyTake your electronic prescription to any EU pharmacy — in Spain the pharmacist scans the QR code; elsewhere in the EU you show the PDF and receive a locally-marketed equivalent with the same active ingredient. We never ship medications ourselves; the pharmacist dispenses them.
- Ongoing supportPrivate chat with your doctor for questions. 4-week check-in. Renewal before your prescription expires.
