What BPC-157 is, and how to get treatment
BPC-157 is a laboratory-made peptide, a short chain of 15 amino acids, based on a sequence found in a protein in human stomach fluid. It is not an authorised medicine anywhere in the European Union, so no doctor, including ours, can prescribe it. Nearly all of the research behind the claims made for it was done in rats and cell cultures; no completed human trial has shown that it works for anything. What is sold online is supplied as a research chemical marked "not for human consumption", made outside medicines manufacturing rules, so nobody can tell you what is actually in the vial or how pure it is.
BPC-157 has no EU marketing authorisation for this use. It may be an approved medicine for something else, or approved in another country — but not something a doctor here can prescribe for this.

NAMED SAFETY SIGNALS
What has been reported with BPC-157.
No human safety data
The US Food and Drug Administration states that it "has identified no, or only limited, safety-related information for the proposed routes of administration" and therefore "lacks sufficient information to know whether the drug would cause harm when administered to humans".
Impurity and immunogenicity risk
The FDA notes that preparations containing BPC-157 "may pose risk for immunogenicity for certain routes of administration and may have complexities with regard to peptide-related impurities and active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) characterization".
No completed human efficacy trial
One phase 1 safety study in healthy volunteers was registered in 2015 (NCT02637284) and has never posted results; its registry status remains unknown. No completed human trial has reported that BPC-157 works for any condition.
Unregulated supply
Sold online as a "research chemical, not for human consumption", outside any medicines manufacturing or quality control framework, so strength, purity and contents are unverifiable.
