We don't prescribe it today, but our doctors can review your case and propose an equivalent hair growth treatment with EU approval and clinical evidence.
IN PLAIN TERMS
Bimatoprost has three separate stories and it is easy to mix them up. As eye drops it is authorised across the EU under the brand Lumigan to lower pressure inside the eye in glaucoma and ocular hypertension. As a liquid brushed onto the upper eyelid it is approved in some markets outside the EU, sold as Latisse in the United States, to treat inadequate eyelashes. Using it on the scalp for pattern hair loss is a third, different thing: it is off-label and still investigational, it has no marketing authorisation for that use anywhere, and Hi-Doctor does not prescribe it for hair loss.
Bimatoprost has no EU marketing authorisation for this use. It may be an approved medicine for something else, or approved in another country — but not something a doctor here can prescribe for this.

Not through Hi-Doctor. Hi-Doctor does not prescribe Bimatoprost. People in Poznań, Poland, can request an online consultation for Hair growth with a licensed EU doctor, who may recommend an available option when clinically appropriate. If approved, the EU prescription arrives as a PDF for a pharmacist in Poland, who dispenses the locally marketed equivalent with the prescribed active ingredient.

VERIFIED EVIDENCE
WHAT IT IS
Bimatoprost is a man-made version of a natural body substance called a prostaglandin; in the eye it helps fluid drain away so pressure inside the eye falls, and on the eyelid it is thought to lengthen the growing phase of the eyelash hair cycle.
DEVELOPMENT STAGE
Every NCT identifier links to its ClinicalTrials.gov record. A readout is not the same as peer-reviewed publication.

NAMED SAFETY SIGNALS
In the eye-drop formulation authorised in the EU, conjunctival hyperaemia is very common: about 29% of patients in a 12-month phase III study of Lumigan 0.1 mg/ml, mostly trace to mild.
The Lumigan product information lists prostaglandin analogue periorbitopathy as very common, and eyelid redness, eyelid itching and eyelash growth as common.
Iris hyperpigmentation is listed as an uncommon adverse reaction in the Lumigan product information; the US Latisse label carries a specific warning about increased brown iris pigmentation.
Skin hyperpigmentation and hypertrichosis are listed as common in the Lumigan product information; the US Latisse label warns about hair growth outside the intended treatment area.
