  • You choose the permissions, and you can revoke access at any time.

  • An EU-licensed doctor reviews every consultation. No AI approves a consultation or issues a prescription.
  • Your health data stays in your Hi Doctor account. The assistant shows it only to you.

Is it free to connect Hi Doctor to my assistant?
Connecting your assistant to your Hi Doctor account costs nothing. Anything that involves a payment opens an approval page on Hi Doctor that only you can confirm.
What can the assistant do for me?
With your permission it can help you fill in a health questionnaire, follow your consultations, read and send messages to your medical team, find your prescriptions, documents, invoices and orders, manage your treatment plan and keep a journal. It never diagnoses, prescribes or changes a dose.
Does the assistant see my password?
No. You sign in on Hi Doctor. You choose the permissions, and you can revoke access at any time.
