It is a PDF carrying every field required by EU Directive 2011/24/EU (patient, prescriber with country of registration, active ingredient, dose), which makes it legally recognised across all 27 EU member states. In Spanish pharmacies it is dispensed from the QR; outside Spain, the pharmacist dispenses the locally marketed equivalent of the same active ingredient.

Traction alopecia is a type of hair loss caused by repeated mechanical tension on the hair follicles. It is typically caused by hairstyles that pull the hair from the root, such as tight ponytails, braids, dreadlocks or extensions.

Prolonged traction can inflame the follicle and, if not corrected in time, lead to permanent damage. The doctor assesses the degree of involvement and recommends the steps to take to prevent progression.
