Como usar
- 01
Passo 1
Take only the prescribed daily dose
The catalogue offers 2.5 mg and 5 mg strengths. Swallow the prescribed dose at the same time each day, with or without food. Oral use for hair loss is off-label and should not be increased without review.
- 02
Passo 2
Plan for dizziness
Rise slowly, especially at the start. Follow any instruction to record blood pressure, pulse, weight, or ankle swelling. If you miss a dose, do not double the next one.
Esquema posológico
- 01
Passo 1
First days and weeks
Monitor for light-headedness, a faster heartbeat, ankle swelling, or rapid weight change. Contact the prescriber before continuing if symptoms are significant.
- 02
Passo 2
Months 3–6
Review tolerance and standardised photographs. Extra body hair can appear before scalp change. Continue only at the dose agreed with the doctor.
Efeitos secundários
Hair growth beyond the scalp
Extra facial or body hair is common with systemic exposure. It is not dangerous by itself, but discuss it if it is unwanted or difficult to manage.
Circulation and fluid effects
Headache, dizziness, palpitations, ankle swelling, and fluid retention can occur. Rare but serious heart or breathing symptoms need urgent assessment.
04 · Quando contactar o seu médico
Contacte o seu médico se
- Chest pain, fainting, breathlessness at rest, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or rapid swelling — seek urgent care
- Persistent dizziness, troublesome palpitations, ankle swelling, or rapid unexplained weight gain
- You become pregnant, plan pregnancy, or need to start a blood-pressure or heart medicine
Armazenamento
Keep in the original package, away from moisture and direct heat, and out of children's reach. Follow the temperature limit on your pack and do not use it after the expiry date.
O que esperar
Hair treatment is gradual. Early shedding can occur, and photographs taken in the same light are more useful than day-to-day checking. The doctor normally reviews tolerance and progress after several months; continue only while the balance of benefit and risk remains appropriate.
