Take the prescribed capsule once daily
Swallow the capsule whole at roughly the same time each day, with or without food. The catalogue strengths contain dutasteride 0.5 mg with minoxidil 2.5 mg or 5 mg; take only the strength on your prescription.

Do not add either ingredient separately
Do not combine it with another dutasteride, finasteride, or oral minoxidil product unless the prescriber has reviewed the total dose. If you miss a dose, skip it when the next dose is near; never double up.

The clinician reviews blood pressure, pulse, heart and kidney history, swelling, other medicines, fertility plans, and the pregnancy-exposure precautions for dutasteride.

Take one prescribed dose daily. Check blood pressure or pulse if your doctor asks, and attend the planned review before changing strength.
Effetti collaterali
Minoxidil-related effects
Extra facial or body hair, ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, a faster heartbeat, and fluid retention can occur. Rise slowly if light-headed and report swelling or persistent palpitations.
Dutasteride-related effects
Reduced libido, erection or ejaculation changes, breast tenderness, and mood changes can occur. Do not open leaking capsules; dutasteride can be absorbed through skin.

- Chest pain, fainting, breathing difficulty, rapid unexplained weight gain, or marked swelling — seek urgent medical advice
- A new breast lump, nipple discharge, severe low mood, or concerning sexual effects
- Pregnancy is possible in someone who could be exposed to the medicine or a leaking capsule
Conservazione
Keep in the original package, away from moisture and direct heat, and out of children's reach. Follow the temperature limit on your pack and do not use it after the expiry date.
Cosa aspettarsi
Hair treatment is gradual. Early shedding can occur, and photographs taken in the same light are more useful than day-to-day checking. The doctor normally reviews tolerance and progress after several months; continue only while the balance of benefit and risk remains appropriate.
