IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the current Spanish legislation. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and using our services, you expressly accept the application of Spanish law.

hi-doctor.ai is a website operated by HI DOCTOR AI, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (hereinafter "hi-doctor.ai", "we", "us", or "our").
hi-doctor.ai is an online medical consultation service with physicians and other staff dedicated to providing you with quality service.

Our physicians are registered and licensed to practice medicine by their respective Medical Councils within the European Union.
2. Our Services
hi-doctor.ai provides telehealth services, including:
- Online medical assessments through health questionnaires
- Medical consultations with EU-licensed physicians
- Issuance of valid electronic prescriptions when medically appropriate
- Access to your medical records and consultation history through your patient account
What we do NOT do:
- We do not sell or dispense medications
- We do not provide emergency medical services
- We do not replace in-person medical care when physical examination is required
Patients can use the prescriptions issued by our physicians to purchase treatments at any licensed pharmacy in Spain or the EU.
3. How Our Service Works
Our medical consultation service follows these steps:
- Create an account: Register on our platform with your personal information
- Select your treatment area: Choose the health category relevant to your needs
- Complete the health questionnaire: Answer our medical questionnaire honestly and accurately
- Medical review: A licensed physician reviews your questionnaire and medical history
- Consultation outcome: The physician either issues a prescription, requests additional information, or advises against treatment
- Receive your prescription: If appropriate, receive your electronic prescription via email
4. Pricing
The consultation fee is clearly displayed on the platform before you proceed with payment. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.
- Consultation fees are charged per consultation
- The fee covers the medical assessment and, if appropriate, the issuance of a prescription
- Medication costs are not included and are paid separately at the pharmacy
5. Payment
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking a consultation
- We accept major credit and debit cards
- All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
- You will receive a payment confirmation by email
6. Contract
By submitting payment for a consultation, you enter into a contract with hi-doctor.ai for the provision of medical consultation services. This contract is formed when we send you confirmation of your order.
The contract comprises:

- Our Privacy Policy
- Any specific terms shown during the consultation process
7. Electronic Records
You accept that electronic records of transactions, including medical consultations and prescriptions, have the same validity as paper records. We maintain electronic records of:
- Your account information
- Health questionnaire responses
- Medical consultations and recommendations
- Prescriptions issued
- Payment transactions
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the nature of medical services:
- Before review: If you request cancellation before a physician has reviewed your case, you are entitled to a full refund
- After review: Once a physician has reviewed your questionnaire and provided a medical opinion, the service has been rendered and no refund is available
- Prescription not issued (Automatic Refund): If after medical review the physician determines that no prescription can be issued, a full refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. No action is required on your part.
For other refund inquiries, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@hi-doctor.ai.
9. Written Communication
All communications between you and hi-doctor.ai will be in writing, either by email or through your patient account on our platform. By using our services, you consent to receiving communications electronically.
10. Your Commitments to hi-doctor.ai
By using our services, you commit to:
- Being at least 18 years of age
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information in your medical questionnaire
- Not misrepresenting your identity or medical history
- Using the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not sharing your prescription with others
- Notifying us of any changes to your health status that may affect your treatment
- Reading and following the instructions provided with any prescribed medication
- Seeking immediate medical attention if you experience adverse reactions
11. Your Account
When you register, you create a secure online patient account where you can:
- Read messages from our physicians with their responses and advice
- Check the status of your consultations and request new consultations
- View your consultation history and download your prescriptions
- Update your personal information and notification preferences
- Suspend your account at any time from settings
Account deactivation is immediate and permanent. However, for legal reasons, we must archive patient electronic records in accordance with healthcare regulations. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available security features.
