Stop using it and get medical advice if you develop a serious reaction.
- Severe, persistent or bloody diarrhoea, including after treatment stops.
- Severe swelling, breathing difficulty or widespread blistering.

- You develop diarrhoea, abdominal cramps or blood in the stool.
- Skin irritation is severe or the acne is not improving by review.
