Erectile dysfunction in adult men.
- Take one tablet about 15–30 minutes before sexual activity.
- Maximum one dose per day.
- Sexual stimulation is still required for it to work.
- A heavy or high-fat meal delays the onset of effect.
Rare, but each needs immediate action.
- An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) — go to emergency care; untreated it permanently damages the penis.
- Sudden loss or decrease of vision in one or both eyes — stop and seek urgent care.
- Sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears.
- Chest pain during or after sex — call emergency services; do not take nitrates.
- Severe allergic reaction (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing).
